本片讲述了东京大饭店在日本获得三星称号后，尾花和伦子在法国料理的故乡巴黎开设了新店巴黎大饭店，为成为第一个获得米其林三星称号的亚洲人而奋斗。在著名的巨匠们激烈竞争的法国，获得法国料理三星是尾花的夙愿，但是对于异国他乡的厨师来说，要想买到满意的食材都是一堵高墙，被评为三星更是遥不可及。巴黎大饭店每天都没有成果。因为在一次晚餐上的失态，他和以前的老师约定”如果下次不能获得米其林三星，我就辞职离开法国。”曾经被称为魅力主厨的尾花，能克服挫折和国境的高墙，和伙伴们一起获得世界最高峰的三星吗！？。玄武书房拟定出版一部面向当代人的中型国语辞典《大渡海》，阅历颇丰且行事一丝不苟的国语学者松本朋佑（加藤刚 饰）作为监修主持工作，谁知他最为器重的编辑荒木公平（小林薰 饰）却到了退休的年龄，选择回家照顾病中的妻子。此时编辑部中仅有做事浮躁的西冈正志（小田切让 饰）和临时工佐佐木熏（伊佐山博子 饰）。荒木和西冈多方物色，终于相中了营业部内不善于和人交往却对词语有着敏锐认知度以及做事极为认真投入的青年马缔光也（松田龙平 饰）。浩瀚的词语海洋，马缔与同事们用长达十五年的时间编制一艘驶向彼岸的小船。他们甘于寂寞，却也收获着弥足珍贵的幸福…… 本片根据三浦紫苑的同名原作改编。。The subtitle of Jean-Marie Straub and Danièle Huillet’s first feature, from 1965, “Only Violence Helps Where Violence Reigns,” suggests the fierce political program evoked by their rigorous aesthetic. The pretext of the film, set in Cologne, is Heinrich Böll’s novel “Billiards at Half Past Nine,” which they strip down to a handful of stark events and film with a confrontational angularity akin to Bartók’s music that adorns the soundtrack. The subtlest of cues accompany the story’s complex flashbacks. The middle-aged Robert Fähmel tells a young hotel bellhop of persecutions under the Third Reich| his elderly father, Heinrich, an architect famed for a local abbey, recalls the militarism of the First World War, when his wife, Johanna, incurred trouble for insulting the Kaiser. A third-generation Fähmel is considering architecture, just as the exiled brother of Robert’s late wife, returns, only to be met by their former torturer, now a West German official taking part in a celebratory parade of war veterans. Straub and Huillet make the layers of history live in the present tense, which they judge severely. The tamped-down acting and the spare, tense visual rhetoric suggest a state of moral crisis as well as the response—as much in style as in substance—that it demands.。
