被人称作万能鉴定师Q的凛田莉子（绫濑遥 饰）拥有令人称叹咋舌的高超鉴定能力，凭借在某次抢劫事件中的出色表现，莉子得到卢浮宫亚洲圈代理人朝比奈尚幸（村上弘明 饰）的赏识，遂将其推荐为卢浮宫艺术品的临时鉴定员。在未来的某个时间段，久违的《蒙娜丽莎》将再度莅临东京展览，为了确保展品的安全，莉子和国立民族学博物馆的共同研究员流泉寺美沙（初音映莉子 饰）共同接受威理查德•波莱（皮埃尔•德隆尚 Pierre de Ladonchamps 饰）的训练。谁知在这一过程中，莉子仿佛被蒙娜丽莎眼中的神秘光芒所诅咒，曾经引以为傲的鉴定能力突然消失。担心她安危的周刊记者小笠原（松坂桃李 饰）试图出手援救，却发现这一系列事件背后隐藏的秘密…… 本片根据松冈圭佑的原作改编。。The crooks in London know how it works.
